age who have successfully completed this distance)

marshalls will ride along with you to provide safety assistance and
directional help.
All participants MUST check
in with the Registration Desk, upon completion of the ride, so that the
Registrar knows you are back and safe. You will also receive a free food
coupon and other great gifts.
